Peregrine
O’Gormley
Peregrine O’Gormley grew up on 40 acres of woods and grazing land in the mountains of central New Mexico.
O’Gormley’s father taught him a reverence for nature that lasted a lifetime. After earning a degree in biology from The Colorado College and a stint of traveling the world, he built his home and studio overlooking the Puget Sound in Washington.
Carving from wood and stone, Peregrine is careful to only use dead down material to begin his process. His attunement to the wild world can be seen in each of his pieces.
John
Taft
Originally from western New York, John Taft Studied at Rochester Institute of Technology and then at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.
He enjoyed a successful career as a designer and art director in New York City. While he enjoyed leaving “the city” for the beauty of the surrounding landscapes, it also provided him inspiration in the myriad of galleries and museums that served as constant inspiration.
In 2004, John moved his family to Colorado to pursue fine art in earnest. In the twenty years since, his landscapes have become acclaimed across the country.
